Currently, this website has the major H.R.3200 [America's Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009 (Introduced in House)] Title Sections viewable which contain all of the data within that Title including subtitles, and their various sections. We still plan to use cross reference linkage for subtitle data and sections, and place some data on individual pages - when clicked on, will lead you to a single page containing the specified data.
The bill as it is currently viewable on this website is similar to the PDF format, in that the general format the bill was written in has remained intact. It was copied word for word and may still be a little hard to read. One difference is the line numbers which reflect the position of the particular item within the bill is on the right instead of the left. Its shown as a single number and can be confusing if you don't know why its there. We left it there so you can easily reference a particular item on a page when discussing it with others for the purpose of debate. You can also leave comments on the various sections on their pages.
Our web page numbers do not correspond with the page numbers on the bill as we have combined a number of pages from the PDF format of the bill onto single pages to reflect where it is located within a Title. Page numbers from the PDF format are listed however, with the page number being listed before the content which appears on the original bill hosted online here.
Eventually we will provide additional links to the various sections and subtitles. We will also offer summaries which will describe what a particular item may mean to the average health care consumer.
Its important for all citizens to be educated with regards to health care reform, and lead intelligent debate with others, including our family, friends, and colleagues, but mostly with in those in Government who will be speaking on our behalf when signing [or not signing] this bill into law.

I am currently working on an evaluation of this bill, complete with quotes from Obama's advisors and excerpts from the bill itself, with plans to condense it so that it can be sent as a letter to the editor of every major newspaper in this country. The media focus has been on the end-of-life segments, and being able to keep one's physician... but that's not even where the real damage of this bill lies. If this bill passes, you WILL lose your freedom. They will be sending people into your homes to tell you how to parent/indoctrinate your children! They will have access to your bank accounts, and have the authorization to remove funds from your account without your permission! And sooo much more.

If there is anything I can do to help let me know, and I will gladly post your letter and share with everyone if you want me to. The site listed isn't finished yet but it may be easier to navigate and search than others.
From the sound of it, Obama is considering getting rid of the public option part of the bill, but that's not really enough. There are many more sections that need to be done away with as well.
