In short: "The AmeriCorps IG [Inspector General] accuses prominent Obama supporter of misusing AmeriCorps grant money. Prominent Obama supporter has to pay back more than $400,000 of that grant money. Obama fires AmeriCorps IG."
The major players are:
Kevin Johnson, Mayor of Sacramento, CA, and former NBA star. Has been investigated by Walprin for how he spent money meant to go for the "non-profit organization called St. Hope. The group's mission, according to its website, is "to revitalize inner-city communities through public education, civic leadership, economic development and the arts." As part of its work, St. Hope received a grant of about $850,000 from AmeriCorps." St. HOPE agreed to pay back about half of the $850,000. Johnson used a large portion of the grant to, "pay volunteers to engage in school-board political activities, run personal errands for Johnson and even wash his car." Jonson is a firm Obama supporter.
Gerald Walpin, Inspector general of the AmeriCorps program. Fired by Obama, given 1 hour to resign. Investigated Obama Supporter Kevin Johnson for improperly using AmeriCorps funds. "Beyond saying that he did not have the "fullest confidence" in Walpin, Obama gave no reason for his action." Grassley defends Walprin in his letter to the President saying, "There have been no negative findings against Mr. Walpin by the Integrity Committee of the Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency (CIGIE), and he has identified millions of dollars in AmeriCorps funds either wasted outright or spent in violation of established guidelines. In other words, it appears he has been doing his job."
Republican Sen. Charles Grassley, a "strong advocate of inspectors general." Is attempting to get to the bottom of the firing by Obama of Walprin, who's work record reflects he is doing a good job of tracking down abuse of Governmental grant money. Shot off a letter to the President questioning the firing, asking for him to outline the reason for the firing which is a requirement under the Inspectors General Reform Act.
Barack Hussein Obama: Fires AmeriCorps Inspector General Gerald Walpin and attempts to override the Inspectors General Reform Act, which mandates a 30 day notice in the firing of IG's and requires a detailed reason for the firing, by giving Walprin 1 hour to resign. This Act was co-sponsored by Obama. The reason that Obama gave was, "It is vital that I have the fullest confidence in the appointees serving as Inspectors General. That is no longer the case with regard to this Inspector General."

Right Pundits: Gerald Walpin, who until last week was the chief internal watchdog for AmericCorps and other service programs, claims that he was fired without warning. That would be a violation of the 2008 Inspectors General Reform Act. The law states that firing an inspector general requires 30 days warning and a written explanation. According to Walpin, he only received a written notice after he was fired. Senate Republicans are now demanding an investigation into the firing.

Very few blacks I have come across in life have any dignity at all. Its unfortunate for the blacks I [and others] know who DO have dignity and deserve respect. Perhaps if more of the respectful, decent blacks spoke out against fools like our new pet nigger - the pressure on the rest of their race to do better might make a difference.
