02/22/2009: "Blacks and Apologists see Racism - Sane people see political parody"

Lots of talk going on regarding what I and many others consider political parody. Not everyone agrees. The cartoon to the left has been criticized for being racist, and calling for the assassination of Barak Obama by everyone from Al Sharpton to the NAACP.

The New York Post did issue an apology: saying the cartoon was meant to mock the federal economic stimulus bill, but "to those who were offended by the image, we apologize." Picketers at the Post declared that it, "echoed racist stereotypes of blacks as monkeys." The Post stated that it was "most certainly was not its intent," adding that some media and public figures who have long-standing differences with the paper saw the cartoon "as an opportunity for payback."

Sharpton says: "Though we think it is the right thing for them to apologize to those they offended, they seem to want to blame the offense on those (who) raised the issue, rather than take responsibility for what they did."

Here is where I have to point my finger and laugh at yet another stupid black person. Al, just because a person or entity doesn't agree with YOU'RE assessment of things, it doesn't mean that they are pointing blame at anyone else for all the hooplah.

Blacks see racism everywhere. They just cant let it go, wont let it go. Where blacks see themselves in that cartoon, I and many others saw the monkey as being representative of our current government and its new policy. Blacks apply stereotypes to themselves whereas many whites don't even have it on their minds when viewing something as benign as a silly comic.

Is this a post racial society? Nope! Never will be because race hustling is a lucrative business. It will never go away, and Obama's election has just made it a whole lot worse.

If you'll recall, Bush was often portrayed in cartoon/media as a chimp... no public outcry. It seems these racial ambulance chasing niggers are, unknowingly, admitting that the genetic link between niggers and apes is more prominent/obvious? ;)

And yeah, I tried to elude to the fact that even blacks see themselves that way. They see their inner chimp. lol Most of them walk and act like chimps anyway.
