10/02/2008: "Ohio woman tries to blame "the system" for gagging her own daughter"
Oh yes, once again a black attempts blame the system [read whitey] for a horrendous act committed. Read the following:
DAYTON Daily News: A woman who left her 3-year-old daughter alone, bound, and gagged with a sock, was sentenced on Thursday, Oct. 2 to six years in prison
Erica Preston-Bailey, 22, pleaded guilty Thursday before Montgomery County Common Pleas Judge Mary Katherine Huffman to child endangerment and abduction.
The girl's grandmother stopped by Preston-Bailey's apartment in the 1700 block of West Stewart Street on Aug. 14. She found the child locked in her bedroom, according to Dayton police.
The grandmother immediately called 911 about 6:40 p.m. after untying the girl. The woman told police her daughter, Preston-Bailey, was not at the apartment.
Preston-Bailey returned to the apartment and told officers she was punishing her daughter, according to police. The child was checked out and was found to have suffered no major injuries, according to police.

WHIOTV: A judge in Dayton held nothing back Thursday as she sentenced a woman to prison for unbelievable abuse against her 2-year-old daughter.
The judge got angry when the woman's defense attorney shifted some blame away from Erica Bailey, who admitted tying up and gagging her child.
In the courtroom, Judge Mary Huffman told Bailey that the only person to blame is herself. Judge Huffman said, "There are many mothers of children who have two children, who at any age, don't choose to tie their daughter up, gag her, put a gag over her mouth and then lock her in a bedroom and leave."
Dayton police reports said Bailey bound and gagged her child with a sock as punishment for taking a snack last August. The child's grandmother eventually found her locked in an apartment, all alone, on West Stewart Street.
Erica Bailey told the court, "I really do apologize. I just had a meltdown, a lot of stress. Everything is on my shoulders. I have no support."
The judge said she did not accept that excuse. She also responded when Bailey's attorney shifted blame on the Montgomery County Children's Services Board. Judge Huffman said, "This is not a failure of the system because the system isn't responsible for your children, you are."
The judge then sentenced Bailey to three years in prison.
The little girl was not hurt. She remains in the custody of relatives.

Why the judge became so angry is that this sow of a female tried to get off on lesser charges by stating that the reason she did what she did was because of the "system", or lack of support from the community. BULLCRAP!!!!! In the video links below all you can see is the back of her head, and her [probably Jew] lawyer speaking on her behalf trying to make excuses for this pig that "left her 3-year-old daughter alone, bound, and gagged with a sock".
But listen to the Judge Mary Huffman, especially AFTER the case is over and the convicted Baily walks out of the court room. She calls for personal responsibility! Thank goodness she took the stand she did. The Judge threw the book at her and dressed her down like a real judge should! This lowlife mother had a prior regarding the same child, so good on you judge!

Yes, the parents are playing the "nigger lottery" (suing the school for negligence, and totally disregarding the fact that no one should be running and jumping in a bathroom.)
